We received more direct messages from affected clients to our surprise after months official statement been released on 24th February 2022.
We want to clarify Pastel De Bride Pte Ltd (dark purple logo) is not the same company “pink” logo of the old Pastel de bride.
All payments before 25th December 2021 and 1 case in January 2022 was never transferred to us. Any transaction not made to company UEN no. bank account and instead to Mardiana’s personal account is not under our responsibility.
The new owner saved affected brides and grooms to those who reached us before the above release date for their last minute wedding. We handled case by case basis. Items we did not get any payment cost majorly incurred from alterations, delivery, outfit fitting, labour, attending clients in the showroom, makeup artists, groom stylists, etc. Some of the affected clients custom outfits were not delivered. Tailor did not receive payments. Thus the new owner made emergency recovery.
The new owner mobile number was circulated to the past affected clients without permission. Claiming the new owner have to bear the cost after all the payments taken by Mardiana where contracts and payment is not transferred to the company.
As the new owner wanted to settle this issue internally between 2 parties, the process made by Mardiana was complicated otherwise. All her communication blocked.
Involving third parties interfering WITHOUT ANY RIGHTS. Company social media accounts been logged out with no access. Therefore official statement was posted on Facebook to share awareness. We set up new company social media accounts on March 2022.
False information continues to circulate. And malign statement is also made on social media until today.
Thus it is prime we disseminate the attention to all upcoming brides and grooms not to have any business dealings in other similar name with Pastel de bride Pte Ltd.
We are operating as usual and continue every measure and action to protect our clients, rights and interests
